Senator Sharp, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 3754. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 360(FIN) An Act authorizing the issuance of bonds by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation for certain capital projects; relating to those bonds and to the appropriation of revenue of the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation; and providing for an effective date was adopted and read the second time. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Halford objected. Senator Torgerson called the Senate. The call was satisfied. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to withdraw his motion. Without objection, it was so ordered.
